Responsibilities



  • Sell the company’s real estate

  • Conduct client consultations, presentations, and property viewings.

  • Organize meetings at times convenient for clients (including evenings/weekends when needed).

  • Manage CRM: update client data, deal statuses, documentation.

  • Prepare commercial offers and full transaction documentation.

  • Coordinate with lawyers, notaries, banks, and partner agencies.

  • Manage listings on real estate platforms and participate in marketing activities.

  • Maintain working materials (renders, brochures, availability charts) on Google Drive.

  • Build partnerships with international real estate agencies.


Requirements



  • Experience in real estate sales (preferred but not mandatory for strong candidates).

  • Strong communication and customer-service skills.

  • Ability to work flexibly based on client needs.

  • English or Greek is an advantage.


We Offer



  • Fixed salary + competitive commission.
