Front Office Agent

Location: Ouranoupolis, Halkidiki

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure apolite and warm welcome to all guests, manage all department’s relatedoperations (check in/out, payments, keep front desk tidy, answer and redirectall incoming calls and e mails, receive letters or packages and distributethem)
• Build fullknowledge of Resort and hotel facilities, services and local area
• Upselladditional Resort facilities and services
• Monitorfront office expenses, order material supplies and all necessary hoteldocuments
• Maintain atall times a high standard of personal appearance and hygiene
• Ensureexcellent response to all guest requests / complaints; maintain confidentialityof guests information and follow proper protocol
• Qualifications / Personal characteristics:
• Minimum 2-3years of experience in a similar position ideally within a 5* Luxury Hotel
• Excellentknowledge of English language; a second language (German, Russian or French)will be considered as an asset
• Computerliteracy and experience in Opera / Fidelio programs
• Stronginterpersonal and organizational abilities, problem solving person
• Degree /Diploma in Hotel Management
• Pleasantpersonality with enviable customer service skills, a team player passionateabout the job and focused on providing high quality results
