What Youll Do
- Provide top-quality support to Croatian-speaking customers.
- Respond to inquiries about products, services, and technical issues.
- Deliver accurate information and proactive solutions.
- Work closely with internal teams to improve the customer journey.
- Meet quality and performance targets while ensuring satisfaction.
