Job description:

We are seeking atalented and creative Graphic Designer to join our team. As a Graphic Designer, you will beresponsible for creating visually appealing and engaging designs thateffectively communicate our brand message and marketing objectives acrossvarious platforms.

Responsibilities:

• Conceptualization and Design: Collaborate with the marketing and creative teams to develop innovative and compelling design concepts for various projects, including but not limited to digital advertisements, social media graphics, print materials, website layouts, and product packaging.
• Branding: Ensure consistency and coherence in all visual elements, adhering to brand guidelines to maintain a strong and recognizable brand identity across all design assets.
• Design Production: Translate design concepts into high-quality and pixel-perfect artwork ready for print and digital media. Maintain a keen attention to detail and ensure the designs meet industry standards and requirements.
• Digital Media: Design graphics optimized for social media platforms, email marketing campaigns, website banners, and other digital channels to drive engagement and enhance the user experience.
• Print Materials: Create visually appealing and informative printed materials such as brochures, flyers, posters, and business cards that effectively promote the company's products and services.
• Photography and Image Editing: Assist with photo retouching and manipulation, integrating images seamlessly into design projects.
• Collaboration: Work closely with other team members, including copywriters, marketing managers, and developers, to ensure design alignment with project goals and objectives.
• Market Research: Stay up-to-date with design trends, competitor activities, and industry best practices to bring fresh and innovative ideas to the table.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, VisualCommunication, or a related field.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite(Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Canva, and at least one motion/animation tool (After Effects, Premiere, Figma, etc.)
• Solid knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Experience in implementing AI tools for design, marketing, and process optimization.
• Knowledge of Magento, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is considered a strong plus.
• Experience: Minimum of 3-4 years of professionalgraphic design experience, preferably in a creative agency or in-housemarketing team.
• Creativity: Ability to think outside the box anddevelop unique design solutions that resonate with the target audience.
• Communication Skills: Strong verbal and writtencommunication skills, with the ability to effectively present and explaindesign concepts to team members and stakeholders.
• Time Management: Proven ability to manage multipleprojects and deadlines simultaneously while maintaining a high level ofaccuracy and attention to detail.
• Adaptability: Willingness to accept feedback anditerate on designs to achieve the best results.
