Information Technology Operations Specialist

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor the performance of IT systems and applications to proactively address issues.
• Manage incidents and problems in collaboration with internal teams and vendors.
• Oversee batch processes, job schedules, and system logs to identify trends and solve issues.
• Handle business parameterization/configuration of banking solutions through interfaces such as SQL/shell scripts.
• Define and document IT operations procedures to support knowledge sharing.
• Manage infrastructure/software changes & releases with technical teams.
• Maintain IT asset management, configuration repositories, and monitoring systems.
• Assess infrastructure and processes to propose improvements for efficiency.
• Provide timely technical support to end-users.
  
  

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor's Degree in IT/Computer Science or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years in IT Operations with experience managing production workloads.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure workloads.
• Strong skills in incident/problem management and batch processing tools.
• Willingness to participate in on-call rotations and respond to incidents outside business hours.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
