Responsibilities:
- Coordinates and optimizes the recruitment and selection process, from the publication of advertisements to the recruitment of all levels of professionals (including all possible intermediate stages, e.g. screening, interviews based on criteria, recommendations, job offers and contract/hiring documents)
- Manages the recruitment process end-to-end by using tools (Structured Interviews, Aptitude Tests, Personality Assessment tests and Questionnaires, Assessment Centers)
- Collaborates with the Executives of the organization to understand the positions requirements and provides advises on best staffing practices
- Participates in formulating proposals for talent acquisition strategies through relevant tools (e.g. LinkedIn, other social networks, referrals)
- Manages and oversees external partners for staffing and/or relevant projects
- Monitors the plan of advertisements posting, the development of the Headcount of the year and proceeds to proposals for potential corrective actions or adaptation of new data
- Drafts and proceeds to proposals for improving group and individual candidate evaluation reports
- Participates in educational institution events (e.g. Career Days) and relevant activities, with the aim of attracting new candidates and informing about the current and future needs of the company
- Prepares and evaluates proposals for the improvement of the candidate experience in collaboration with the Employer Branding team
- Creates, analyzes and reports attraction and staffing indicators, for the continuous improvement of processes and the monitoring of the effectiveness of actions (KPIs and metrics)
- Designs, implements and coordinates Assessment Centers for all positions levels, administers relevant assessment tools and participates in policy and process mapping
- Supports, guides and develops the Talent Acquisition team
- Engages in Talent Acquisition ad hoc projects as defined by the Head of Talent Acquisition
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree from a University or College or Technological Educational Institute in Business Administration or Economics or Humanities and Social Sciences or Psychology or in a relevant subject
- Master’s degree in Human Resource Management (HRM) or Organizational Psychology or Business Administration (MBA) with HR direction or a relevant degree
- At least five (5) years of relevant experience in a similar position in an organization with a structured HR department
- Certification of SHRM CIPD or from a relevant institution will be considered an additional qualification
- Knowledge of HRMS and ATS (SAP, Workable, Workday, or other)
- Excellent knowledge of the English language
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office programs (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) & Internet
- Availability in case of emergency (upon phone contact)
