Mykonos Earth Suites, iscurrently seeking to recruit for the above project in Mykonos, professional forthe position of

CHEF MYKONOS (CODE: CHEF MYK)

Responsible to deliver customer focused service to theguests, provide all aspects of food preparation, cooking and presenting ofdishes according to company guidelines and maintain HACCP procedures.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Previous workexperience in similar position, of at least 5 years in a Luxury Hotel or high standards Restaurant.
• Good commandof both English and Greek language is essential.
• Self-motivated,enthusiastic, with pleasant personality.
• Work underpressure.
• Strong senseof responsibility.
• Excellentcommunication and organizational skills.
• Organizes and supervises foodpreparation in line with the occupancy and consumption forecasts.
• Maintains purchasing, receiving and food storagestandards.
• EFET Certificate
