Marketing CRM Specialist

Through our partner "Cambo Agency" we proceed with the hiring of a Marketing CRM Specialist for our Marketing Team.

The Marketing CRM Specialist actively engages in the planning and execution of customer experience (CX) initiatives, promotional undertakings, and content development. This role involves orchestrating projects with external vendors and fostering a close collaboration with our sales and customer service teams. The primary focus is to ensure excellence in customer experience, for all our stakeholders, aligning all activities with strategic priorities and the core values of the company.

How Will You Contribute

Core accountabilities

• Monitor, analyze and report on key customer experience metrics, including Net Promoter Score (NPS).
• Coordinate with various teams to integrate customer tracking measures across all touchpoints.
• Orchestrate content creation within organization and with agencies to produce multimedia content.
• Organize surveys in order to track market trends.
• Plan, develop, and implement promotional campaigns with partners.
• Implementation of social media strategy, aligned with business goals.
• Manage and oversee social media content across various platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.
• Promote, manage, and enhance brand marketing strategies, dynamic public relations campaigns, and communication efforts to increase brand presence and engagement.
  
  

Skills/Requirements

• BSc/BA in Marketing, Business Administration or similar field
• 1-3 years proven experience in Marketing positions
• Strong communicator and can build trusted business relationships
• Can craft a story using data aligned to business needs
• Facilitate effective communication with agencies to achieve business goals.
• Strong writing skills (English & Greek)
• Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills
• Self-starter, ability to take initiative, and enthusiastic
