Digital Learning Specialist

What you’ll do

We are seeking for a Digital Learning Developer, who will be responsible for designing and developing digital learning solutions aligned to the strategic capability priorities. This role will be in close collaboration with the other members of the Learning & Development team as well as in contact with various departments in Vodafone Greece, playing a key role in our daily efforts towards learning content and experience digitization. More specifically you will:

  • Design and develop digital learning resources using a variety of methods and tools

  • Ensure all digital learning produced is to the required standard, using UX design techniques and quality assurance reviews, and that it interoperates with various infrastructures using SCORM, API’s etc.

  • Take a mobile first approach to producing learning whilst giving consideration to whether solutions need to be responsive for all devices

  • Work with L&D specialists and subject matter experts to create solutions that fully meet business requirements

  • Keep abreast of the latest industry trends within digital learning design and development and introduce them where appropriate

  • Promote a culture of continuous improvement, driving change through measuring, reporting and enhancing the effectiveness of digital content created

  • Build competence in L&D colleagues to improve their digital content creation skills

Who you are

  • Owner of all digital learning platforms used. Creative approach to digital UX design

  • Build and maintain excellent working relationships with key partners within all areas of responsibility through analysing internal customers’ needs and co-creating suitable digital learning

  • Critical and analytical thinking, problem solving skills, communication skills

  • Ability to work in a fast moving, complex, and ever changing corporate environment

  • Expert in the use of html5, Adobe Creative Suite, SharePoint and other authoring tools (eg Articulate, Captivate)

  • Experience with the rapid production of video solutions

  • University degree in Learning Technology and E-learning will be an asset

  • Knowledge of adult learning principles and practices and instructional design will be an asset

  • Strong facilitation skills will be an asset
