Role Description

Duties

As a Spanish Speaking Content Moderator, you’ll be the guardian of our clients' social media platforms. Your daily duties will include:

  • Reviewing and moderating user-generated content to ensure it meets community guidelines.
  • Responding to user inquiries in Spanish in a timely and professional manner.
  • Identifying and escalating potential issues to senior team members.
  • Collaborating with other team members to enhance the user experience.
  • Participating in regular training sessions to stay updated on platform policies.

Requirements

  • A valid European Union passport.
