Duties

Are you ready to kickstart your career in customer service? As a Spanish Speaking Customer Support agent, you’ll be the go-to person for our clients, helping them solve their problems and answering their questions with a smile. Your daily duties will include:

  • Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in Spanish.
  • Providing accurate information about financial services and products.
  • Troubleshooting and resolving customer issues in a timely manner.
  • Recording and updating customer information in our database.
  • Collaborating with team members to improve customer satisfaction.
  • Participating in training sessions to stay updated on industry trends and company policies.

Requirements

  • Valid European Union passport or relevant work authorization.
  • Fluency in Spanish and a good command of English.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work from home in Athens.
  • A positive attitude and eagerness to learn!
