What's the Role?

As a Spanish Speaking Customer Service Representative, You'll Be The Friendly Voice Of Our Company, Assisting Customers With Their Inquiries And Ensuring They Have a Fantastic Experience. Here's What You'll Be Doing On a Daily Basis

  • Handling customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
  • Providing information about our products and services.
  • Resolving issues in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Keeping detailed records of customer interactions.
  • Collaborating with team members to improve customer satisfaction.

What You Need
