A Day in the Life 



  • Achieve revenue and profit targets within assigned region and product scope.

  • Develop account sales strategy and planning according to account segmentation concept with long-, medium- and short-term perspective.

  • Identify and facilitate market development opportunities and encourage collaborations on specific projects.

  • Negotiate contract and terms, closing deals, contract follow up vs. targets.

  • Participate in customer/society education meetings and conventions.

  • Respond to customer requests and resolve complaints in a prompt and effective manner, report and device complaints to proper departments within quality assurance within Medtronic.

  • Communicate market intelligence/competitor activity promptly.


Must Haves



  • Bachelor's or master's degree 

  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in sales in medical devices, healthcare, or pharma industry

  • Fluency in English language both written and verbal

  • Ability to work well under pressure, in a dynamic environment

  • Work with minimum supervision



Nice to Haves



  • Experience in Cathlab and good knowledge of cardiac and vascular anatomy, physiology, and pathology

  • Thorough understanding of the national / local health care system
