We are actively seeking for a Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O Functional Consultant with a passion in solving challenges and converting company’s needs into solutions through Microsoft Dynamics 365, to join our team at our offices in Marousi

The Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O Functional Consultant will play a critical role in implementing and customizing the Dynamics 365 F&O solution for businesses and will act as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring that the Dynamics 365 F&O solution meets the unique requirements of the organization and contributes to its overall success.


  • Conduct comprehensive analysis of business requirements leveraging Dynamics 365.
  • Customize and configure various modules within Dynamics 365, encompassing General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Budgeting, Fixed Assets, Project Accounting, and more.
  • Offer expert functional guidance and conduct thorough training sessions for end users.
  • Develop meticulous documentation, comprising functional specifications and comprehensive user manuals.
  • Troubleshoot and address any issues related to Dynamics 365.
  • Collaborate with fellow consultants and project managers to ensure seamless project execution.


  • A solid understanding of accounting principles and adeptness in navigating complex business processes.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams including technical consultants, project managers, and end-users.
  • Attention to detail in documentation, configuration, and testing to ensure accuracy and quality.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills, facilitating effective collaboration with stakeholders.
  • Capacity to work autonomously while also thriving in collaborative team environments.
  • Flexibility and adaptability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, and willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and methodologies.

To qualify for the role, you must have:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, IT Engineering, or related field
  • Master’s Degree will be considered an asset.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in implementing Dynamics 365 F&O or Dynamics AX
