Role Description

As a Spanish Speaking Search Engine Customer Consultant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients. Your daily duties will include addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues related to search engine functionalities, and ensuring a seamless user experience. You will work from home in Athens, leveraging your language skills to assist Spanish-speaking customers effectively. Your tasks will involve troubleshooting technical problems, guiding customers through product features, and escalating complex issues to higher-level support when necessary.

Requirements

  • Valid European Union passport or equivalent work authorization.
  • Fluency in Spanish and proficiency in English.
