What does the role involve?

As an Account Manager you will develop our clients and find the ways in which we can ease their operations and give them support with our innovative solutions. You will find yourself in different contexts, jobsites, companies, or offices and manufacturing sites. 
Our sales model is based on the high level of professionality in our consultancies and on the close collaboration with our clients. In fact, it is a real work in the field, you will have to roll your sleeves and present some of the most innovative products in the market, present our cutting-edge software and offer all the products and services that clients could expect from the company like Hilti. Your task will be to cultivate and build relationship with curious and enthusiastic clients, and to provide them with support in their search for solutions that perfectly suit their needs.

What awaits you:
• Visiting customers within the dedicated sales territory by your own schedule 
• Daily tour in the Hilti car with a direct communication to professionals on the construction 
site as well as to the offices of purchasers and company owners. 
• Grow a loyal customer base within a defined territory through outside, business-to business, face-to-face sales
• Providing efficient solutions and technical support on building sites backed by our 
innovative range of products and services
• Acting as a competent partner in various topics, e.g. project’s planning stage, submitting 
an offer or for project consulting.
• Serving as contact partner on-site, by having a detailed knowledge of the customer’s 
needs. Hilti Account Managers feel at home on all constructions sites.
• Demonstrating the latest Hilti products and services, carrying out training for complex 
applications and through their thorough professional competence.

•Work across multiple departments and liaise with representatives (materials management, 
logistics, credit, marketing, technical services, customer service
• Align plans and targets with Company’s strategy

team leaders and colleagues.

What you should bring along?
• University degree in Engineering, Civil or Mechanical, Electrical Engineering (considered as 
an advantage) 
• 2 - 3 years of professional experience in sales & direct contact with clients
• High motivation level, passion for sales, attention to detail and result oriented
• Excellent communication and networking skills, team spirit
• High level of courage & integrity
• Proficient in both written and conversational English
• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Driving License
