PTP Process Specialist

Your main purpose:

  • Process Optimization: Maintain and improve the PTP process, policies, and procedures in collaboration with key stakeholders. Educate and guide teams on process excellence as necessary
  • Control and Standardization: Analyze and evaluate PTP process and procedures to ensure a controlled environment, identify areas for improvement, and implement standardization initiatives to protect financial objectives
  • System Redesign and Automation: Implement recommendations for financial system and process redesign to automate and increase efficiency
  • Key Controls Monitoring: Monitor and report key controls within the PTP process
  • Analytical Support and Oversight: Perform analytics related to the PTP process to support decision-making, provide central oversight and coordination of PTP process activities and offer comprehensive training and coaching on PTP processes to end-users
  • Post-Implementation Support: Support end-users in post-go-live activities to enable daily management of PTP activities

What will you bring?

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, or Finance (mandatory); Master's degree or professional qualification (e.g., CIA, ACCA) is highly advantageous
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in a finance position, preferably with a focus on process excellence or internal controls responsibility
  • Experience in a business consulting firm is considered an asset
  • Computer literacy and proficiency in ERP packages
  • Advanced skills in MS Office tools, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Power BI
  • Proven ability to work in a team environment and to foster cross-functional collaboration
  • Fluent in English and Greek (additional languages are a plus)
