    κύριες αρμοδιότητες

    The HR Manager will have the following responsibilities:

    • Supervise the payroll procedures as well as the recruitment process, and make hiring decisions in alignment with the organization's needs and goals.

    • Facilitating the smooth integration of new hires into the organization by coordinating orientation programs, providing necessary training, and ensuring they understand company policies and procedures.

    • Develop and implement performance management systems to evaluate employee performance, provide feedback, and identify areas for improvement or development.

    • Identify training needs within the organization, design and deliver training programs to enhance employee skills and competencies, and support career development initiatives.

    • Develop and update HR policies and procedures in compliance with relevant laws and regulations, and ensure consistent application and adherence across the organization.

    • Manage employee relations issues, resolve conflicts, and foster a positive work environment through effective communication and mediation.

    • Administer employee compensation and benefits programs, including salary administration, incentives, and employee welfare programs, to attract and retain top talent.

    • Ensure compliance with all applicable labor laws, regulations, and industry standards, and stay abreast of changes in legislation that may impact HR practices.

    • Develop and implement strategies to promote diversity, equity, and inclusion within the organization, fostering a culture of respect and belonging for all employees.

    • Maintain accurate HR records and databases, generating reports and analytics to inform decision-making, and ensuring data privacy and security compliance.


    The suitable candidate for the HR Manager position must possess:

    • A BSc & MSc in a relevant field

    • At least 5 years of experience in a similar role- ideally in the industrial sector

    • Excellent knowledge of Greek and English languages- both written and verbally

    • PC literacy (MS Office, ERP, HRIS)


    • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

    • Project Management skills

    • Ability to prioritize and delegate effectively

    • Robust organizational skills, including personnel management and handling multiple priorities

    • Independent work capability

    • Proficient in analytical, planning, and organizational tasks

    • A dynamic, effective, highly motivated, and passionate individual
