Surprice Car Rentals, is a global car rental company, that operates in 30+ countries and enjoys a portfolio of 50+ global partners. We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Salesperson to join our team and drive the acquisition of new partners. The primary responsibility of this role is to identify, target, and contract with potential partners to expand our business ecosystem. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales, excellent communication skills, and the ability to develop and maintain strong relationships.
- Identify Prospects: Research and identify potential partners within our target market segments. Utilize various channels including online research, networking events, and industry associations to discover new opportunities.
- Build Relationships: Establish and nurture relationships with key decision-makers at prospective partner companies. Understand their business needs and pain points to effectively position our offerings as solutions.
- Sales Presentations: Develop compelling sales presentations and proposals tailored to the needs of each prospective partner. Clearly articulate the value proposition and benefits of partnering with our organization.
- Negotiation and Contracting: Lead negotiations with potential partners to reach mutually beneficial agreements. Ensure that contract terms are aligned with company objectives and legal requirements.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams such as marketing, product development, and legal to support partnership initiatives. Communicate partner requirements and expectations internally to ensure successful implementation and execution.
- Pipeline Management: Maintain a robust pipeline of potential partners and track progress through the sales cycle. Utilize CRM tools to manage contacts, activities, and opportunities effectively.
- Market Intelligence: Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and market dynamics. Use insights to adapt sales strategies and identify new opportunities for partnership growth.
- Reporting and Analysis: Provide regular reports and updates on sales activities, pipeline status, and performance metrics. Analyze data to identify trends, evaluate effectiveness of sales strategies, and make recommendations for improvement.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or related field.
- Proven track record of success in sales, preferably in B2B or partnership development roles.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion skills with the ability to influence decision-makers.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Strategic thinker with a results-oriented mindset and a focus on achieving targets.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office suite.
- Flexibility to travel as needed for meetings, conferences, and industry events.
