Sales & Marketing Manager


 


Role Description:


The Sales & Marketing Manager develops and implements strategic sales & marketing plans and forecasts to achieve objectives for Patmos Aktis, a Luxury Collection Resort & Spa, ensuring successful communication of the brand values and philosophy and maximization of revenue.


The Sales & Marketing Manager is responsible for running specific brand programs & co-operations, as well as to promote awareness of brand experiences and activities internally and externally. Ensures that the company website is accurate and up to date.


 


Responsibilities:



  • Directing online content in websites, social media campaigns and other online strategies and monitor related KPIs.


 



  • Conducts a thorough competition analysis, tourism market trends and potential, and revise where necessary to successfully practice yield activities.


 



  • Maintain and expand relationships with travel trade partners, affiliations and consortia. Communications with all trade and follow through to every opportunity to promote the hotels.


 



  • Review sales plan for F&B outelts and ANASA Spa with targeted campaigns that will enable a USP for room sales.


 



  • Provide the hotel operational team with detailed fam trip schedules and communication to ensure the visit is carried out seamlessly. On site attendance as required on a case by case.


 



  • Planning and negotiating campaigns/brochures/online display to maximize publicity coverage and ensure objectives fall within designated budgets.


 



  • Planning and overseeing advertising and promotion activities including print, online and direct mail.


 



  • Assisting with creation of hotel’s item gifts and guest amenities, ensuring hotel identity is maintained and communicated.


 



  • Work closely with design agencies for creating a wide range of different marketing materials, collateral and stationary.


 



  • Build on mutually beneficial synergies with other like-minded philosophy companies. Host events, co-branded advertising campaigns, joint synergies maximizing exposure for both brands in targeted mediums.


 



  • Visit the hotel as needed to establish cooperation with the onsite team and follow through all necessary actions.


 


Qualifications:


 



  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.


 



  • Proven experience in sales and marketing within the luxury hospitality industry.


 



  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.


 



  • Creative thinker with a strategic mindset.


 



  • Familiarity with digital marketing trends and tools.
