Rooms Division Manager

SWOT Hospitality Management Company is seeking to recruit for

the Lindian Village Beach Resort, Curio Collection by Hilton in Rhodes,

a highly motivated and experienced

Rooms Division Manager

In this role, you will oversee the rooms division operations, including front desk, housekeeping, reservations, and guest services.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and monitor daily operations of the front desk, housekeeping, reservations, and guest services departments.
• Operate within departmental budgets through effective stock and cost controls and well managed schedules.
• Train and mentor the rooms division team, ensuring exceptional service delivery and guest experience.
• Monitor guest feedback and address any issues or concerns to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and guest services.
• Prepare and analyze performance reports and make recommendations for improvement.
• Manage room inventory and availability to optimize occupancy and revenue.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in rooms division management in the hospitality industry.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven track record of achieving revenue and guest satisfaction goals.
• Proficiency in property management systems and other relevant software.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
