Wholesale Judicial Business MIS & Coordination Analyst

The Whl Judicial Business MIS & Coordination Analyst is responsible for gathering, analyzing and interpreting portfolios and Law Firm's performance information/data for WHL Judicial Unit and senior management reporting requirements.

Key Reports:

• Legal Actions Monitoring
• SLA S& KPIs monitoring
• Weekly/Monthly/Quartely reporting
• Team Performance Monitoring

Strategic and supporting activities of the Unit

• Works with management to prioritize business and information requirements
• Liaises with internal and external stakeholders as required to provide data, clarifications/justifications in relation to data provided
• Tracks and monitors daily workload to ensure qualitative and timely delivery
• Monitors individual and team performance and ensures KPIS are met
• Provides support to the collaborating law firms by facilitating assignment/reassignment process of the assigned NPLs portfolios & managing/coordinating ad hoc reporting requests requested by the law firms

• Investigates ongoing or one-time operational issues
• Identifies potential new process improvement opportunities

Requirements:

Education, Skills and Experience

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mathematics, Computer Science Finance, Banking, or any other Business-related studies
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel & PowerPoint)
• Adept at queries, report writing and presenting findings
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Greek
